Coaches by team
Every team has its own coaching staff.
At XV Rugby Murcia we see coaching as part of a person’s development. We work on technique, fitness and game understanding, but also on respect, teamwork and effort. Every team has its own coaching staff that supports players throughout their progress, with a head coach and an assistant coach leading each squad.
Level 2 Coaches with the “Level 2” badge have completed the level 2 coaching course.
Inclusive & Rugby schools
The first contact with rugby: Rugby schools and U12 for boys and girls together, and the Inclusive team, open to everyone with no age limit.
First contact with rugby through play: running, passing and learning together, with close attention to every child.
